# Taco Divers Booking & Payment Policy To reserve a place on a course or diving activity, customers may complete an online booking form through the Taco Divers website. Online bookings are considered provisional reservations only and do not guarantee a place on a course, dive trip, or accommodation booking. To confirm a reservation, customers must check in at Taco Divers and complete payment in full before 19:00 on the day prior to their scheduled start date. Bookings that have not been paid in full by this deadline will be automatically cancelled and the reserved space may be released to other customers without further notice. Taco Divers operates primarily as a cash-based business. Payment must be made directly at the dive centre unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance by management. Customers are responsible for arriving on Koh Tao with sufficient time to complete registration, provide any required certification or identification documents, and settle payment before the applicable deadline. Failure to arrive before the payment deadline will not extend or modify the booking conditions. Once payment has been made, Taco Divers' Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. By submitting an online booking, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.
